While the hotel's décor might be slightly dated, a shining gem within this urban retreat lies in the culinary innovation it offers.My evenings at the charming Los Arcos Restaurant, overlooking the serene garden and pool, were a delightful exploration of modern Mediterranean flavors with international twists. The sea bass with asparagus and violet potatoes was a standout dish that truly encapsulated the essence of Spanish cuisine.During my sunny days by the pool, the Mirador Pool Bar became my go-to spot for refreshing drinks and delicious snacks. Savoring a grilled chicken breast paired with pear-stuffed pasta was a culinary adventure that I won't soon forget.In conclusion, Westin may need a design update, but its culinary offerings, especially at Los Arcos and the Mirador Pool Bar, are where it truly shines.
